Hi there!

As a therapist, my passion lies in addressing the specific mental health concerns and challenges that are often faced by women. Whether you find yourself overwhelmed with worrying, navigating the complexities of relationships, managing stress, or coping with life transitions, I am here to provide support, guidance, and a listening ear. Through our therapeutic relationship, we will work towards empowering you to build resilience, improve your ability to cope, enhance your self-esteem, and cultivate a greater sense of well-being and overall functioning!

Burnout - Overwhelming exhaustion caused by an imbalance of day to day responsibilities and/or expectations specifically related to motherhood, academia, and career management.

Relationship Issues - Problems within platonic, professional, familial, and intimate relationships. Including, but not limited to: difficulty establishing/enforcing boundaries, codependency, fear of vulnerability, and communication skills.
